Hi! My name is AnnaRose, and I am grateful to serve mothers through my work as a postpartum doula In Laramie, Wyoming and surrounding areas. Giving birth is extraordinary, and in the Sacred Window of postpartum, mothers deserve to be held and cared for. I will be honored to come into your home, nourish your body, and allow you to rest when you need it most. A nourished mother nourishes the world, and you deserve to be served.

My training background is in yoga, Ayurveda, and Ayurvedic Postpartum studies, but you don’t need familiarity with either to work with me. I have been a natural caretaker all my life, believing that rest, nourishing meals, and being listened to are medicine too often overlooked. I’ll bring a holistic approach to your postpartum care: tending to your emotional, spiritual, and physical body.
